Refund policy

At TibAura, we aim to provide carefully prepared products and practitioner-guided services according to the information submitted by each patient. Because our products and services may involve health-related information and practitioner-guided formulations, certain purchases may not be eligible for return or refund.
Products
We accept returns only where the product:
- was received damaged;
- was incorrect or materially different from the product ordered; or
- was defective upon delivery.
To request a return, contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery at tibaura1@gmail.com and provide your order number, photographs of the product/package, and a description of the issue.
Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, altered, or tampered-with health-related products may not be eligible for return.
Products prepared specifically for an individual patient or based on practitioner guidance may also be non-returnable once preparation has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Practitioner Services
Fees paid for practitioner assessment, review, consultation, or other services are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed or practitioner review has begun.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. An order may not be cancellable once it has entered preparation, processing, dispatch, or practitioner review.
