Order Processing

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is subject to the courier's operations.

Damaged Packages

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier is unable to contact the recipient, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.
